Details:  The 'PSC Swift Water Rescue Workshop' is limited to PSC Instructors & Aids.  This workshop will focus on Swift Water rescue techniques for paddler/swimmer rescue & boat recovery, but will include many other swift water related skills. You need to have attended, at least, a PSC Moving Water I class or equivalent and be comfortable in swift moving water.                                               This will be an ACA event, Information will be sent to prior to the workshop regarding ACA waviers, insurance, etc. Class size is limited to 10.

The class will run from 9am - 4pm, Personal safety gear is highly recommended (Rescue PFD, throw rope, etc.) but not required.  At a MINIMUM you will need a PFD and some form of wet suit/dry suit, as you will be in the water for the majority of the class. Bring your own water,lunch, boat, etc.
