Co Leader: Steve LaPorte Location: Shorewood IL (Hammel Woods) to Shepley Rd. Skill Level: Advanced Beginner Details: We will paddle the PSC MVI Class stretch from Hammel Woods to Shepley Rd. This will be a scouting trip for the upcoming MVI classes as well as a club trip. You could encounter challenging riffles downstream around the railroad bridge, depending on water levels. So an Advanced Beginner rating has been applied. Boat control is required as well as a PFD to be worn at all times on the water. Bring plenty of water & lunch/snack.
