Category: Day Trip                                                                                 Details:  Regretfully, I have decided to cancel this trip due to Covid 19.  While paddling poses no increased risk of acquiring the disease, car shifts are a petri dish.  Under the current circumstances, it would be the height of irresponsibility to conduct a car shift.

 Please keep an eye on the PSC schedule.  I have a couple of ideas for no-shuttle trips, including the Confluence Loop and possibly some couples’ trips, in which couples would shuttle themselves.

 Needless to say, when this situation changes, I will be scheduling trips again.

We will be paddling the West Branch of the DuPage River from Mack Rd. to McDowell Grove. This section is scenic and has some riffles, and is appropiate for anyone who has basic paddling skills.
