Details:  They removed the dam in Shorewood @Hammel Woods in 2021 and we haven't been down this stretch since...so let's go! Contact us if you are interested in going; carshift @ 10:30 am. Google map to put in; you should be able to add your starting point to get directions. Riverside Parkway is on the west Frontage Road on I-55 just south of Caton Farm Road, in Joliet…there is a stoplight at the frontage road and it is the east edge of the Riverside Towns townhouse complex.
