Details: Even with low water conditions, we can be certain that there will be good paddling conditions on the Illinois River. Put-in is at Stratton State Park, under the Route 47 bridge in Morris. There is no car shift. We will launch from the jet ski ramp on the east side of the park at 10:00 a.m. We will paddle upwind, take a shore rest, and then paddle downwind back to the park. PFD required, water and a snack.
